He is recognized by WWE as a five-time World Champion, having held the WWF/E Championship and WCW World Heavyweight Championship twice each and the ECW World Heavyweight Championship once, and the only man in the history of wrestling to win the WWE, WCW, and ECW Championships.He is also a four time tag team champion holding the title twice with Undertaker once with Kane and once with Chris Jericho.Apart from these he is a one time WWE united states champion and a three time WWF Hardcore champion
